Let's Go to the Ex - 2008

Since Paul was busy on Sunday, I decided to take Philip to the Ex with Uncle Daniel and Auntie Ami. Philip won quite a few prizes last year so we had high expectations again this year. Well, my little guy didn't disappoint us as he won a polar bear in, what else, the ball toss! Uncle Daniel won another Curious George to add to Philip's collection in the rolling ball race and we won a snake at the ring toss just for playing as well. We also caught a bit of the Superdogs show, but Philip didn't seem to be that impressed as we have our own super lazy dog at home... haha. Philip had fun as usual (it doesn't take much to please a toddler, honestly!) but I must admit that the adults found it to be quite boring. I guess the Ex just isn't what it used to be... it's really lost its appeal for me and I'm wondering if it is even worth going again next year as Wonderland is a lot more fun for everyone. The Ex might become just that, an ex, in the future!
