Reptilia Rocks!

Paul and I didn't know what we wanted to do on his lieu day on Monday so we asked Philip and he said he wanted to see the snakes and alligators at Reptilia! Paul and Philip really love this place and I must admit it's pretty fun to see all the reptiles too. It was quite busy but we lucked out and came when the reptiles were active and there was a snake show for Philip to touch three of the snakes, including a huge Burmese python! We even got to see the cane toads and bearded dragons get fed lots and lots of crickets. All in all, it turned out to be quite the fun-filled day for our family. Reptilia rocks! :)

Presents from Natalie

Philip got a couple of belated Christmas presents from Natalie and couldn't wait to open them when he got home. Here are the pics of him opening and playing with his new Vortis Marble Run, which he absolutely loves. Thanks Natalie, Yen Vi & Wendell for such a fun gift! (and his mommy and daddy thank you for the really nice jeans too!) :)

Damian Came to Town

Damian came to visit from Japan so we all got together at the Bloor Street Diner for Sunday brunch. It was nice to see him again and catch up on all the goings-on of the past year. We even got to do a little downtown Boxing Day shopping which was cool. We hope you had a great visit here, Damian, and wish you the best of luck with your new job in Tokyo. Sayonara until next time. :)

Merry Christmas 2009!

We hosted Christmas dinner yet again this year, and we'll probably make it an annual tradition now! It's always nice getting both sides of our family together and enjoying some yummy turkey and ham on Christmas day doesn't hurt either! Thanks to our family and friends for the extremely generous gifts and for making Christmas special for Philip, Paul and I every year. Merry Christmas, everyone! :)
