Yen Vi's 33rd Birthday

After putting up the Christmas tree, we headed over to the Ramlogan household to celebrate Yen Vi's 33rd birthday! Yen Vi insisted on cooking for her own birthday party so we obliged and brought over the cake and dessert. Happy birthday, Auntie Yen Vi, and welcome to the 33 club along with the rest of us now! :)

Oh Christmas Tree

We put up our Christmas tree on the last weekend in November this year. Philip was really excited to hang his newly purchased Captain America and Batman ornaments along with any other ornaments he could get his hands on. I must admit we had to do a "little" redecorating afterwards but not too much! Now that the tree's up, you know the holiday spirit is really gonna kick in for the O'Leary household! Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree... :)

Hanging out at the Baris

After hanging out with the Changs for lunch, we headed over to the Baris' for dinner so Philip could play with Scarlett and Arya. They had lots of fun doing puzzles and watching Dora while the adults caught up. Thanks for the great dinner, Eban & Biba, and we'll see you guys again at our place in a few weeks! :)

The Changs Meet Ellen

The Changs came to town to visit baby Ellen for the first time. It was nice getting the kids together and hanging out at Auntie Ami & Uncle Daniel's condo, especially with a playroom complete with mini-putt for the boys! They're moving to a new house soon though, so their little one can have a room all to herself. Thanks for the great but short visit, Eileen & Jouks, and we'll see you sometime during the holidays, I'm sure! :)

Ellen @ One Week

We visited the Chengs on Friday evening since Paul had yet to meet baby Ellen. She's such a cutie pie and is very well-behaved for her mommy and daddy. Yay for easy-going babies! hehe. :)

Aunt Carol's Birthday

After visiting the cemetery, we all gathered at Aunt Deborah's house for dinner. Thanks to the Basso family and Aunt Lynn for preparing a dinner for 18 (!!!) and fitting us all on one table too! We also decided to have an early birthday celebration for Aunt Carol. She is always so thoughtful with remembering other people's birthdays, so we wanted to celebrate hers while she was in town. Happy birthday, Aunt Carol, and thanks for the great visit with Cousin Rosie. Have a great trip in Toronto and we look forward to seeing you again soon! :)

I gave Philip the camera again to practice his picture-taking skills. Tonight the focus seemed to be on extreme close-ups of everyone. These were the shots that actually had heads in the picture! hehe. :)
