Casa Loma

After all my years of living in Toronto, I had never been to Casa Loma before. Since Paul hadn't been in awhile either and Philip loves knights and castles, we thought we'd head out for a visit to the 'only castle in North America'. Unfortunately, we picked a super hot day and there was no air conditioning at all throughout the entire castle! Needless to say, we didn't last too long (thank goodness we had free passes) but we did get to watch some knights duelling, look at some pretty rooms, climb to the very top of the tower, and check out the gorgeous gardens! Would we go again? Most likely not, but now I can cross off Casa Loma on my "places I haven't been to before in Toronto" list! :)
