The Vancouver Olympics

The Winter Olympics couldn't have come at a better time for me. It was a great distraction through this whole ordeal so being able to watch it 24/7 was amazing. I've always enjoyed the Olympics, but being able to channel flip and watch all the events live, with an added bonus of Canada hosting it, made me literally glued to the TV for 17 straight days. Philip really enjoyed watching them too so here is a clip of my little guy singing "Oh Canada" during one of the medal ceremonies (on hold... it's not loading properly). He was fortunate to be able to do this a record 14 times (including both hockey teams... woohoo!) and still sings the anthem at random now... too funny! Congrats Canada for an impressive Olympics: to the athletes, the host city of Vancouver, and most importantly, the fans, including me, that truly went Canuck wild. Go Canada! :)
