My New Big Boy Room

Well, Paul and I decided that once my sister moved out, Philip would have his own bedroom. She started the big move at the beginning of March, so we decided it was time to remove the big blue flowery wallpaper in the room (removing wallpaper is *the* worst job ever) and, after spending my entire March Break on it, we got it done. The wallpaper was finally removed from the washroom and his bedroom and both rooms got new paint jobs too! Philip's love of cars also inspired me to get him a twin sized car bed that he can grow into. After a trip to Michigan to purchase the Spiderman bedding (thanks Uncle Daniel!) his room is now almost complete. Check out Philip on his new bed, with new sheets and newly painted walls. It's a work in progress as we still need to accessorize the walls with posters and such, but Philip slept in his new room right after his bed was set up and the transition was a piece a cake. (I am soooo lucky to have such an easy-going child!) May the next phase of toddlerhood begin! :)
