We celebrated Yen Vi's birthday last night by heading out to Frankie Tomatto's Italian buffet. After the long trek out east and a really long wait (boy is that place ever popular!), we finally got to enjoy our meals and scarf down all the food we could eat in a span of a couple of hours. Philip was in heaven because it was a rare event indeed that he got to stay up past his 7:30 pm curfew, and we treated him to lots of desserts in honour of Auntie Yen Vi's birthday too! Unfortunately that also meant that he was quite the wired baby for the rest of the night, but at least he kept us entertained by his coaster playing, ball throwing, silly dancing and leg thumping antics!(?!?!) After dinner, we all headed over to the Ramlogans' place for cake and coffee and indulged in a little game of Scrabble too. Congrats to Rafi on the easy win (who knew you were such an awesome Scrabbler?) and Happy 31st to the mommy-to-be! Enjoy your last baby-free birthday ever! :)
