Five Months Old

Philip turned 5 months old yesterday! He is now 14 lb 10 oz and 65 cm tall (yes, he's quite the lightweight!). His latest accomplishments: he loves to blow raspberries, he can completely turn over from back to belly and sometimes from belly to back, he can shift his whole body upwards or sideways while lying down, he likes to smile for the camera, he is really really ticklish and has the cutest squeals and chuckles, he holds up his own legs for diaper changes, he still loves to grab and shove everything in his mouth, and his favourite songs are "The Itsy Bitsy Spider" and "You Are My Sunshine". He is also officially ready to cheer on the Leafs this hockey season! This is Paul's faaaaavourite sleeper, right daddy? haha. Well, the Leafs have Boston's goalie now (and he better be good!) so there's at least some connection to daddy's favourite team. Happy 5 months, my darling baby!

Philip looks a lot like Paul, as a baby.
He is quite the social butterfly...going to all these parties!

Happy birthmilestone, Philip. Speaking of his favorite song, I've posted a new song on my Myspace. I wrote it specifically for the two babies in my immediate circle of friends(the other being baby Justin). It's a lullaby I wrote and recorded. Read the Sept. 7th blog posting on my Myspace for further details. Enjoy!
