The last part of Joanna and Stan's wedding day was of course the reception. It was held at a beautiful banquet hall in Woodbridge and they made sure it was a very entertaining and memorable evening for everyone. From the home videos to the games to the dancing to the candy buffet and even a photobooth to top it all off, everyone had a blast and truly celebrated the union of Joanna and Stan. Congrats on a gorgeous wedding, you two, and we wish you all the best in wedded bliss! :)
Following the tea ceremony was their wedding ceremony at the University of Toronto. There, they made it official with the exchanging of the vows and the wedding kiss (twice!). Joanna looked spectacular and she was just beaming with happiness (and relief that she made it through the vows without being a bucket of tears too, we bet!). I was pretty relieved that Philip actually walked down the aisle too after that rehearsal fiasco. He didn't walk on the runner unfortunately since he followed the flower girl Makayla who went down the side, but we told him to follow her *exactly* so that's what he did! I can't complain and I was pretty proud of my little guy for being such a cute ring bearer! Now that the formal part of the wedding is over, we can all relax and get ready for some partying at the reception! :)
Joanna and Stan's wedding day is here! First up was the traditional Chinese tea ceremony at my parents' place. Joanna was all decked out in her lovely chinese dress and Stan had to play all those crazy games to get entry into the house. Even Hero had on a Chinese outfit which was too cute. This is post one of three of the fun-filled wedding day of my little sis and Stan, dubbed "Jostanna's Wedding"! :)
The Changs were in town for Joanna's wedding so we decided to get together for some bowling with the kids. This was Philip's first time bowling but it definitely looked like the little Changs were seasoned pros. There were no strikes thrown, unfortunately, but Philip was the only one to get a spare! Yay Philip! I was most impressed with Nicole's bowling ability though and and even more for her incredible strength at carrying her own six-pound bowling ball! This girl isn't even two yet and she's a beast! hehe. :) Following bowling was a lovely sushi lunch before heading back to relax for the big day tomorrow. Thanks for the fun outing guys! :)
